Meet Linda Kilp
Workplace trainer · Accredited Grief First Aid instructor
Linda has spent her career in training and people development, with deep experience across aged care and healthcare, sectors where staff face grief, loss and emotional pressure more than almost anywhere else.
She started Sunflower Collective for a simple reason. Too many capable, caring people are left to navigate hard things at work, whether that's grief, money pressure, or a conversation they're afraid to have, with no training and no idea what to say. Linda changes that. She delivers practical, human, evidence-informed training that gives teams real skills they can use the very next day.
That's what capacity building means here. Across all three programs, Grief First Aid, Financial Literacy and Sales Capability, the goal is the same. Leave people more capable than she found them, in ways that stay with them.
As an accredited Grief First Aid instructor, Linda brings a quality-assured, research-backed program to Australian workplaces, grounded in lived experience and delivered with warmth, not jargon.
What Linda believes: that we become better, stronger, more human together, and that a workplace which knows how to show up for its people in hard moments is a workplace people don't want to leave.
